Wayne did an amazing job. When my Dad passed away, we knew we had to send him off with dignity and reverence. The beauty of bagpipes is that you feel the sound in your bones and in your heart, it’s not something that can be reproduced with even the best audio equipment. It is truly magical. I wanted to find the best bagpiper in Baltimore and I found him with Wayne. He definitely knows what he is doing, and beyond that, he was thoughtful and caring for the entire family. He was really a part of our service that I think everyone will remember as a special moment forever. -Kevin C.
Our family wanted bagpipes for my father’s funeral since he was such a fan of te instrument and had traveled extensively through Ireland and Scotland. I didn’t know this was the plan until two days before the funeral. Mr Francis was prompt and professional with his response and was able to accommodate us even with that short of notice. Mr Francis provided a wonderful contribution to a Celebration of Life Service. He was helpful in planning and we took a number of his suggestions. Many guests shared how much they enjoyed his music. Be Thou My Vision on the whistle was amazing! And finally, we used Amazing Grace as a closing hymn. He played as he slowly exited the venue….it was absolutely beautiful! Mike G.

I was happy to see Wayne, who I know slightly, at my mother-in-law’s beautiful and small funeral. He arrived before the service started, took a seat near the back, and was respectfully present for the full funeral mass. He then stood outside and played the bagpipes outside the church as our small group progressed from the church to the far reaches of the grounds.
It was an incredibly dismal, cold day. It rained continuously. Bagpipes sounded like musical grief in this setting. I appreciated that Wayne played on regardless of the terrible weather. He played beautifully and was a wonderful presence throughout. Joyce M.

We hired Wayne to play at my mother in laws funeral. We spoke to him twice before the day to discuss and make sure we had timing and songs lined up.
